"Elliott house has a wonderfully quaint but still updated and very usable feel. Room is quiet despite being near the main road and the layout is intentional to give as much usable space while still looking well designed. Would stay again. Only issue was not having a jetted tub haha."

"We have a wonderful time while staying in this cabin. It’s only an hour drive to the South Gate of the Yosemite. We get to walk around this 5 acres property a little and get into the swimming hole for a little fun. The garage turned game room is my 7 year old daughter’s favorite. She gets to keep the bird house that she painted there. The cabin is super clean. My friends love the hot tub. We’ve already planned our next visit."

"Property was great. Our favorite part of the stay was being on the back porch with an amazing view. The house was great inside as well. An update of the property pictures and the amenities should be looked at since I specifically was looking to have a hot tub for my stay and had that as a filter and this location didn’t have that. I was also looking forward to the cold plunge tub and that wasn’t working either. WiFi went out and I was unable to fix because I couldn’t locate that router. Location is great if you aren’t looking to be right next to the lake which we weren’t but it is a reasonable drive to and from. "

"We had a great time!! Plenty of room for hubby, kids, dad and myself! Beds were comfy. We enjoyed going in the backyardExploring the sierras. So much to see and take in. We loved having brunch on the patio overlooking the beautiful views. At night we gathered around the fire pit making s’mores and star gazing. We will definitely be back! "

"We had an amazing time at the Cabin!! Thanks Tara and Adam, your home is beautiful. The house exceeded expectations! The house in this case was even better than the photos which is usually the opposite. The two downstairs king bed rooms are awesome with huge bathrooms. The upstairs rooms are perfect for young adults, kids or other family members that want their own space. The kitchen was spacious and had more amenities than we thought. A few bonuses were the 2 extra outdoor refrigerators which made packing up for the lake super easy. The side patio was amazing, we spent every evening after the lake chilling out there and creating family memories. Each room has a TV which we actually never used since we just enjoyed each other's company all week. Tons of really cool small details which were awesome: Fun sign in book with cool place to put our names into a frame. All of the outlets were clearly marked which made things very easy. The backyard was fun and thy had the coolest custom metal firepit I have ever seen. The location is the best part. Right next to the Hungry Hut which has amazing food and a cool beer garden. Neil the owner is really nice and made us feel like locals. Easy walk to Shaver Lake Pizza, Chunky Bread Coffee Place, the Dorabelle Campground, and if you are feeling the need to party and play pool with the locals the Short Horn bar is great. Amazing stay overall and we will be back. Only downside is we should have stayed 2 weeks. :)"
