“The lodge was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Barbara and Luke were excellent hosts. Fished the small lake as Luke said it was rarely fished. Caught bream up to 6lb on luncheon meat. Enjoyed some nice walks in the area.”

“Nice quiet location, although being on a farm there was a small amount of work related activaty at times which did not spoil our stay. The furnature and equipment was the best we have seen in the numerous property,s we have stayed in. Friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended for a restful holiday.”

“Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 ”

“Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property.”

“Great accommodation, well equipped and well placed to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and east coast resorts. Warm and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable break. Only downside is the quality of the WiFi signal. In an area of nonexistent mobile connectivity, a reliable WiFi signal would have allowed at least ‘WiFi calling’, this caused us issues with expected calls regarding upcoming surgery.”
