Excellent location next to Bucharest's historic center, in a modern building (I also benefited from a top-floor room with a balcony). The staff is discreet, there is no major noise, everything is clean, the wifi and hot water work... All in all, a nice experience. No luxury (despite the 4-star label), but everything is functional and well-maintained. I will consider going back if the price remains convenient.
