Great for relaxing and putting your mind at rest.This home is brand newly restored as of February 2017. Luxurious and exquisite decors along with its digital entertainment provides ease to our visitors. You will be having fun in no time with peace of mind. Less than 30 min from all Major attractions. All Disney Theme Parks, Gator Land, Lego Land Just to name a few.This vacation home includes the following amenities:

Overall we enjoy this location. This is our 4th or 5th stay. The snacks at arrival are so amazing. The pool is fantasic. Location to all activities is great. There were a small few details that we email tbe property manager about.

We were well welcomed at this property. 3 fridges full of bottled water, muffins, salad and chips for us to snack on at our arrival. Lots of space for the 11 of us who were in this home for 3 weeks. Nice pool lots of tv’s, black stone grill and comfort around. the 2 sets of washers and dryers is great for having lots of guest. We will definitely look into this property if we were to return to this area again

Cozy, clean, and comfortable!!!

This place was very nice for our vacation. The kids loved the pool and decorated bedrooms. It was very cozy and a quiet gated neighborhood. We will definitely try to get it again next year for our vacation.

A Great Get-Away

Great property, looks just like the listing. This host always goes above and beyond for their guests by providing little extras in the fridge to help guests get settled in and make things easy. Had an issue with some of the lights needing new bulbs; most were replaced the next day. A comfortable and relaxing home that we would definitely stay in again!

Wonderful villa

We’ve stayed in quite a few villas over the years but this home surpasses others by far, lovely decor, really comfortable beds and a nice peaceful water view. The pool was a big hit with our 4 year old grandson and the snacks and drinks were very welcome

An enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our time staying at this house. The pool was warm and we had a good time swimming during the day. Location was great and we had no issues getting to Disney. It was a bit of a drive to Sea World and Universal Studios, but was not an issue for us.

Family vacation

The property was listed as exquisite and it met all expectations. From the moment we arrived it was clean and comfortable. Some rentals have pictures and you hope the property matches what you see, this property is exactly what you see and the extras were a wonderful delight. Highly recommend this property for anyone, especially a family.

The best ever

I've been renting different places for the past 7 years during Thanksgiving week and this was the absolute best. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware. We do a lot of cooking and bring a lot of my own appliances. This year, I could have left mine home. I appreciated the treats and communication was awesome. I tried to book for next year, but it's already gone. Quiet neighborhood and just a pleasant stay overall.

Great house in a wonderful location

Beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone. This is our second stay @ this loaction. We love it here ♥️there's a park near by for the kids, with a nice little walking path at the front of the subdivision. I love that everyone has their own bathrooms and it has 2 washer and 2 dryers

Great vacation rental!

This rental was perfect for our vacation. All the comforts of home were provided. Plenty of space for our family of 8. The kids loved the pool when we weren’t out exploring. Close to many attractions/activities. The complementary bottled water, pop, fruit and cupcakes were an added bonus and greatly appreciated. Property manager responded promptly to questions. Definitely would stay here again!
