"This is a well located, clean and up to date condo with a very well appointed kitchen—it has everything you need! I’ve never rented a better stocked kitchen in a rental. Comfortable beds and pillows. VERY QUIET! Also a bonus is the ski locker just inside the front door of the main building—so you don’t have to drag your wet gear to your unit. Major bonus to this property is the unground parking!! With the huge snow storms, I saw many staying at other properties spending a lot of time digging out...

"Our family of four had a nice stay at this cozy condo at Kirkwood. Accommodations at Kirkwood are sparse so we were happy to find this reasonably priced condo on the mountain. Easy access to the condo and good communication with the owner/manager. We hope to return next year!"

I have to give four stars though as the building seemed to have fairly major issues with securing their garbage. Two issues stood out: The most over the top was bags of garbage strewn about a first floor area right off the entrance to the towers.
