I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, and while the room itself was fairly clean, the overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. The bed was often made poorly, coffee, tea, soap, and other supplies were frequently not replenished, used coffee cups were sometimes left dirty, and we were often given fewer towels than the number of guests in the room. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It automatically shuts off whenever the balcony door is opened and often had to be manually reset by the front desk. On the day we arrived after a long international flight, the AC wasn't working, and we had to switch rooms after my exhausted daughter had already fallen asleep. Then, on the fifth night at 1 a.m., the AC failed again, and we were told we might have to change rooms in the middle of the night while our children were sleeping. The hotel also advertises a pool, but it was extremely small and covered the entire time we were there, making it unusable. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations due to poor housekeeping, ongoing maintenance issues, and misleading amenities. I would not stay here again.

The bamboo lounge at the bottom of the hotel played the loudest music with every beat of the bass resounding through the floors and walls of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and it felt that the party was right underneath us until 4am in the MORNING!!!!!!!! Leaving us all with next to NO SLEEP! what is the point of a hotel if you can get sleep?! Booked a room for two adults and two kids with doubled bed and sofa bed, arrived with two single beds and a sofa bed. When reception was called to see if they can offer us a double bed at least, they said we just have to deal with it as the hotel is fully booked.
