“It is good and new”

“Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber mit einigen Mängeln: Das Hotel ist insgesamt okay, wirkt aber schon etwas abgewohnt. Leider gab es keine Liegen am Pool. Im Schlafzimmer fehlte eine Glühbirne. In der Dusche fehlte der Knopf zum Umschalten auf die Regendusche und in der Küche war nur ein Teelöffel vorhanden. Im Außen-Wellnessbereich war außerdem eine Lampe heruntergefallen, wodurch Elektrik freigelegt war – das sollte aus Sicherheitsgründen behoben werden. Insgesamt dennoch ein akzeptabler Aufenthalt,……

“TRAVELER BEWARE: This apartment is in a slum and had the worst smell I've ever experienced. The harmful odor was repugnant and pervasive. My wife almost puked from the smell. We left after less than a minute. To pick up the key to the apartment you need to drive 15 minutes away to an odd office and can only communicate with the owner via email or Whatsapp. So we had to drive all the way back to drop off the key. “Die Inhaberin der Unterkunft wusste nichts von einer Buchung als wir dort ankamen. Sie sagte, dass sie diese Unterkunf gar nicht über diese Plattform (auch VRBO nicht) anbietet. Bei Rückfragen wurde ich damit vertröstet, dass VRBO zuständig sei und haben mir lediglich eine Telefonnummer angegeben. Beim Versuch dort anzurufen, hiess es, dass diese Nummer nicht in Betrieb sei. Auch die Kontaktangaben wie Mailadresse und Telefonnummer des angeblichen Anbieters der Unterkunft, waren entweder……

“We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The location was perfect, with all the major sightseeing attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, except for a microwave. But we were able to easily cook a few meals during our stay. It was obvious that the property was very new—the carpets still had that fresh, new smell, and the furniture and……

“What an apartment, possibly the best we have stayed in and we travel at least 8 times per year. The location is in the new Nivy part of town, very clean and the added bonus of bars, restaurants and a huge shopping centre close by. The apartment was super quiet, we didnt hear any noise from any other room. The blinds on the balcony also kept all light out, it was perfect! Super clean, great location, 5 mins from the shopping centre walking and 20 minutes walk from old town. Would stay here……
