This lovely up side down house with an open floor plan for the living, kitchen and dining rooms on the top floor and the bedrooms below. Great views of sunrise. Both 2nd & 3rd levels have decks and seating. Easy beach access across the street. There's smart TVs and streaming. Private Pool in back yard. The ability to climb stairs is needed to enter and access the entire home. All Linens are provided. Pool open May 15- Oct 15 roughly.

Wonderful Vacation Home!
We had a really great stay, and enjoyed this home very much. It was extremely clean, and provided everything we could need for our vacation stay. I’ve never rented a home that provided literally everything one would need the way this one did. It was in a great location, we could see the ocean and hear the waves from the deck. The home was beautifully decorated, and my group of 6 had plenty of space. We would all love to return to Atlantic Views for another vacation!

Perfect Location
The location was closes to everything but far enough away for quiet. There was some construction going on next door and it got a little noisy. Nothing we couldn't handle. The house had some issues but was pretty good overall! Perfect place to watch the sunrise in the morning. Very close to the beach. Bring your own chairs and wagon. The house had some but they were rusted and not usable. Overall we really enjoyed it!

Good cosy beach house
It’s a nice house with upgraded kitchen and lot of supplies, toys etc. it’s bit old looking from outside but well maintained from inside. Pool is nice. Location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach. Property manager Karen is very responsive and helpful. Very little troubleshooting help needed. Definitely recommended!

Great New Years Eve Experience
I stayed at this house over NYE weekend with a group of girlfriends and we had an amazing time. The house looks exactly how it’s listed. It’s right across the street from the beach, near Duck, and not too far from places in Nags Head. We really enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the beach. The weather was even nice enough to sit in the beach a few times during our stay. Check in was a breeze and the house was super clean. Would definitely recommend this house!

What a Wonderful Place
We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Shore more than we could of imagined. The house had everything we needed. Beautiful views from their many decks and easy access to the beach. 10/10 we will definitely be back next year. Loved it so much!

Family Vacation
The home is so comfortable, spacious with plenty of options on the balconys to sit, the kitchen was clean, the rooms are big, and washer and dryer on premises. The grocery stores are near by. Lots of good/great restaurant options and kid friendly. We loved walking on the beach and exploring in general and loved how close it was. This was our thrid year visiting OBX and highly recommend it and this house to others!

The kitchen was well equipped and the home was very cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the decks. The biggest hit was the pool. We did however find that the floors weren't being cleaned under the furniture and under the large rug in the living room. Other than that all was perfect!!

Family Vacation at Southern Shores
Check in was easy, home was nicely equipped. Perfect location for everything. Quick drive to restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach. Having your own pool was nice to unwind after a day of family activities. Home was exactly what Description says it is.

A very nice getaway
Very nice experience... some minor issues, but nothing we couldn't figure out. We had deer, rabbits, fox all in the front yard almost daily. Path to the ocean was perfect....Osprey and Pelicans galore. Nothing quite as striking as an Osprey feeding. We've seen eagles in Alaska that didn't hold a candle to the Ospreys at Outer Banks.

This is a great house with wonderful amenities. Karen has provided soaps, detergents, paper products, towels for house/pool/beach, bed linens, a well-stocked (and renovated) kitchen, and even nightlights! Comfy beds, lots of books, beach chairs/umbrella/wagon, pool and beach toys, 2nd refrig., nice grill(s), lots of deck chairs - all make for a great place to stay. Location is perfect too. Karen responds quickly to inquiries.

Location, Location, Location
The house was perfectly situated for us. Between the short 5 minute walk to a wonderful beach and the private pool in the back yard our extended family group with all young children (ages 3 and under) had so much fun as having both easily accommodated the needs of the kiddos and families. We also loved the fact the house was in a quiet neighborhood but Harris Teeter and Walmart were only a few minutes away. The kitchen was great for us, as we ate/cooked virtually all our meals in. It easily handled multiple cooks. We also appreciated all the pool/beach toys, wagon, beach towels and chairs being available. There were baby gates available for the stairs, although we did not use them because those kiddos in our group who could walk are able to climb stairs. Karen was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We'd definitely stay again.
