The mid level boasts a comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings, as well as a large dining area and a galley-style kitchen with a breakfast nook. Two queen bedrooms, a full hall bath, and an office can also be found on this level.

The top level is dedicated to the king en suite with a custom closet, a large private bath with a separate washer and dryer, and a balcony with seating.

Higher Ground is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

For 2025, the pool will be open for arrivals between May 2 and October 10.
