Our property is part of the Colony by the Sea association and has numerous amenities to include a large oceanfront pool, a bbq and picnic area, tennis courts, a basketball court and new playground. This condo rents Sunday to Sunday, June through October; flexible dates in May.

While this condominium has a truly incredible ocean view, please note that it is on the third floor and there are no elevators at this complex.

This home includes one set of bed linens per bed and one towel and washcloth per person registered at the home. The master bed is made prior to your arrival!
