“I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. “We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again. ”
