“An old world hotel surrounded by a lovely pond and wild vegetation. Quiet enough to hear the frogs at night and the birds in the morning. Beds roomy and firm, helpful owner, decent breakfast, close to town and bike paths. Our room had huge windows that opened to the courtyard and pond below. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly unacceptable.
The hostel provides only a mattress, and guests must make their own bed. The room and bathroom smelled like smoke. Bunk beds were unstable — any movement on the top bunk caused loud creaking. Key cards often malfunctioned.
These issues were tolerable compared to what happened next.
When I returned at night, someone had taken my assigned bed and moved my belongings. I had checked in that afternoon and was clearly……
