It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se; it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communication was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate. Clean nice, good beds, and the exceptionally large family room for parents with two children, it exceeded all expectations. Very happy. "

"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!"

"Central location in Landeck. Great stay, be aware that tgere is no parking at the hotel, but plenty of paid parking near by. Max 2 hrs from 8.00am on road. Free 6.00pm to 8.00am."
