One of the best places we have stayed at in Europe. I can’t say enough good things about the amazing staff! Wow, they were so kind and helpful. The rooms were amazing and SO clean, which is a huge deal to us. Everything was wonderful! The only issue was that we could not get laundry service on the weekend, but other than that it was amazing. We would come back again!

The hotel is almost brand new and presents very well. We got a nice corner suite with a view towards Old Town. We could easily walk to Old Town and the Vltava.
