Weekend getaways in Two Harbors

Drea checked me in. She was delightful! A young man assisted me with check-out. He was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I had a bit of trouble with was getting the remote to change channels and adjust the volume. Once I realized that I needed to make sure it was pointing at the Mediacom box next to the TV, everything worked fine.

We have stayed at Grand Superior several times over the past 4 years and it draws us back again.

I stayed 2 days in Larsmont, and it was wonderful. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very helpful and treated us like they had known us forever. It was an experience I haven't gotten at any other lodging.

Quiet space, clean room.

We always stay at the Voyager when in Two Harbors. Its nothing fancy, but we don't need fancy! We sppreciate that it is clean, quiet and pet friendly. New owners are doing some updates!

Everything was clean. The staff were respectful and promptly addressed--and resolved--our noise complaint (a woman next door was singing folk music and playing her guitar, and if I had been in a mood receptive to this sort of thing, in a Edmund Fitzgerald tragic sense, perhaps, while looking out over the waters of Superior and digesting the forlorn aura her voice projected through the wall, I would've let it go on later into the night.) I will stay here again and again! It was peaceful, comfortable, and incredibly clean! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner accommodation. Also, we left a week ago, and I’ve thought about the comfortable bed every day since. I have already recommended the GG Barnum mansion to family and friends.

Great place in a great location! Check-in was a breeze. We had an issue with the lock but the staff handled it very quickly. The unit was clean and the amenities were great to have. I would recommend it to others.

It was very comfortable & spacious as well as extremely quiet. Elegant place to stay.

We had a lovely visit to Salyard’s Mansion in Duluth! The Ryerson Suite, and the mansion itself, was charming and cozy. As a “boutique hotel” it’s NOT a bed and breakfast. They did have coffee, tea, yummy homemade muffins, scones, etc. in the foyer in the morning. The living room was decorated very nicely and the all-season porch had places to sit and visit. The building felt safe with codes to enter, and we were free to come and go without bothering anyone. Our suite had its own sitting...

Beautiful setting in the woods, very clean, friendly staff

Absolutely magical. North Shore Camping Co. is our new favorite place to getaway. It was the perfect blend of adventure and comfort. The tälts were so cool - stylish, cozy, and well thought-out. The amenities were top-notch, and the beautifully lit paths at night made the whole experience feel like a dream. We’re from a northern suburb of Minneapolis and already planning to come back regularly. This place made us fall in love with the Boreal forest and the breathtaking beauty of Lake Superior....

This was such a fun and unique place to stay. We went in not knowing what to expect and were completely charmed. The place (at least the first floor) is under renovation, but they confine the work to M-F working hours and we never heard any construction noise from our room on the second floor.
