This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "

" close to the beautiful beach. Unfortunately our bungalow was far away, next fo a scooter parking lot. Room was old and Dirty. Hasn't been cleaned in 5 days. Some of the other rooms looked nicer. Most of the personal was nice. Our welcome tho was quite unfriendly."

The resort is remote, which is great - but worth stocking up on sunscreen and snacks before you arrive. Also, the beach is stunning - starting to collect some garbage along the shore - but exquisite. "Lovely little resort and great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and meals are available throughout the day and early evening. Beach area is nice and clean, however, walking further away from the resort there is a lot of plastic, which is a shame. The gardens are immaculate. The accommodation is quite small and the bathrooms out side. The beds are quite hard and it took a couple of days to get used to them. If I return to Koh Kood I will definitely book this resort. "

"Beautiful location with an exclusive feel. Bungalow 5 offered a fantastic vista. Everybody working on site was happy, welcoming and friendly (including Coco, Oreo, Lazy and Day the dogs (maybe that's just Thailand)). The breakfast was lovely, fluffiest pancakes I've ever had! "An interesting resort in a some what isolated location on a long stretch of sand beach.. We stayed in a beach front bungalow which was only metres from the swishing water.. Bungalow had a little patio with deck chairs and a small table and chairs surrounded by a green hedge and covered by trees.. A nice place to lie or sit chill and look out across the incredible ocean views.. The resort is in a very quiet area with not too much to do but swim explore the coastline visit some local food stalls and relax by the pool or beach.. No proper convenience stores near by so would recommend you bring some supplies like alcohol, snacks, sun lotion etc.. We brought very little with us but after speaking to staff they arranged for us to be driven into the closet city which was about a 20 minute drive where there was a 7Eleven, Big C, Pharmacy and street market.. Buffet breakfast was provided daily and was very good with a variety of Thai dishes, salads, toast, jams bacon, eggs and more.. On site restaurant had mostly Thai dishes but also some pasta and meat dishes some of which were quite good.. Plenty of drinking water was provided in the room daily as well as some snacks and sodas all complimentary.. We very much enjoyed our relaxed 5 day stay"
