It is new property in the heart of the city with walking distance to most sites for tourist. Room was average size with quite small bathroom and shower. Had amazing terrace with view, commodities like safe, table, tea etc.

The hotel is cozy, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, just steps away from the main sightseeing attractions, restaurants, cafes, and charming old streets. It was very convenient to explore the city on foot and enjoy the atmosphere of historic Tbilisi. The rooms were very well cleaned and carefully maintained every day. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and organized, making the stay especially relaxing after long walks around the city. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. There was a great variety of food with many healthy options available every morning. Everything was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented — a perfect way to start the day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend Strofi Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi and looking for a comfortable, clean, and centrally located hotel.

It’s a lovely, historic property. Staff work very hard, it is clean and easy walking distance to Old Tbilisi and many tour pick up points. But because it is a small, private property, some of the fixtures are older and it’s not a sit around and relax sort of hotel. You have to plan things to get out and do.
