second time staying here (first time was 8 years ago!), this time stayed in a twin room on the top floor which was lovely. one of the beds was crazy squeaky but other than that no complaints! it’s a lovely hostel with a lovely outdoor space out the back which is gorgeous in summer. staff are lovely :)

We had a fantastic 3 nights at this property. Communication was faultless and you literally walk out of the front door into Old Town Square. Very luxurious set up and would 100% stay here again. Due to the age of the property there were a few stairs which we were made aware of and being on the 3rd floor gave us fabulous views of the Square. Lovely restaurants literally 2 steps from the front door. Check out arrangements were also extremely easy and we were able to leave our luggage at the property for a few hours before we headed to the airport. Thank you for making it a very smooth trip.

Excellent room and in an amazing location. Room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. There are plenty of food options around and it is a very short walking distance from major sights. We will definitely book here again when we return to Warsaw!

"The staff working the front desks were top notch and the bed was the most comfortable ever. However, the cleaning staff had a lot to be desired, coffee and tea not replaced, rug not vacuumed. And we had to call 3 times to get the water fountain working. For the price we expected a lot more."
