He provided excellent service for his customer. Room was very clean. I was very pleased they didn't have cushions and bed runners on the pillows and bed because they are usually dirty and don't get gchanged / washed after every guests. The rooms are large and comfortable, the water is hot and the wifi is pretty good. Staff is lovely and helpful. The rooms are sound proof and cozy. Corridor and the foyer neat and clean all times. The location is the clincher. Walkable distance to most spots in Fort Kochi. Bus stand, Rickshaw stand and ferry nearby make commute easy. Friendly staff, clean spacious room. Walking distance to the beach and major attractions. The hotel does not have a Bar - No liquor service. Rooftop Restsurant serves basic breakfast - no lunch or dinner served. Clean washroons, but small shower area with a curtain. Hotel has 4 floors including the rooftop breakfast serving area. No elevators. We booked the hotel for 9 days, and I think it is geared for the usual shorter stays in that there is no outside area to sit under trees within the hotel grounds (although there is a lovely roof terrace where breakfast is served). We went further afield eventually to enjoy the backwaters and the trip up to Munnar and the tea plantations. The hotel was very welcoming and friendly.
