"Loved this place. Definitely more on the traditional side with tatami everywhere and Japanese decor. Great breakfast, great service, super-clean. The onsen with natural spring water was a great bonus. The Asakusa area is one of our favourite places in Tokyo as well. "
"The location was wonderful. It is in front of Solamachi shopping mall with good options of restaurants and stores. The train station is in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay again in Tokyo. "
"Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms. There is a mall and groceries around she area and most important thing, there is a subway station just outside the hotel. "
"Staff were awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Very polite and even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, we were able to communicate with them. The room was clean and we liked the laundry facility, just wish there were more washers. Also wish there was the washer/dryer status available on the tv so we could tell when it became available instead of going back and forth to check. Overall great hotel. Lots of shopping and food options. We always stay here when we’re in Tokyo. "
