Where it fails is customer service as I was not allowed to change my reservation to a different date, so I had to book a separate reservation. Needless to say; I refused to use the restaurant facilities/bar, went to neighbors instead, so I can't judge those. Wifi was to say the least, poor, wouldn't work when the door of the cabin is closed, ooh btw, the frequent power outages hinders that too, communications about those could be a bit better as they apparently know when they are expected. Also, frequent blackouts, especially in AM, but that goes island wide so they are not really to blame, but they should inform the guests. Also, no running water there for a couple of hours in the middle of the night. also unwillingness to change reservation dates; I made a mistake, but they refused me to make changes / Ooh without making a new reservation and just flat-out paying for it. Fine, I just won't use your restaurant services at all.A bit of a hike to get there and they wouldn't communicate with me which ferry to take. Rooms are very basic, okay I ge that, you can't say enough of the location. Value for money, well considering I have to pay for it twice, maybe not so much.
