Great for a relaxing getaway

Quite far out but taxis provided at a fair cost to popular locations. The Spa books up quite fair in advance so we missed out. Customer service was lacking at times and our room was not fully prepared on our arrival (missed bath towels and menus). Other than that, customer service was good at other times. The room was great and had an amazing pool with stunning views.

Sincere service and road access is an issue

Overall service and hotel room are good. I was upgraded to two bedroom suite. My room has balcony and small outdoor pool. However, the common pool is a bit small. Also, the road to the hotel is very steep and my rental car with only 1200cc was barely able yo climb the hill.

nice hotel inconvenient location

beautiful place however alot of inconvenience was caused 2 days of our 7 day stay, we had to change rooms due to not hot water in our first suite, as it was our honeymoon i had to pack again after unpacking, go to different suites to use shower where there was hot water and then come back to our suite. staff were very friendly and helpful however manager was friendly but not really helpful with the outcome of the inconvenience caused, we payed nearly £200 a night which i felt the first 2 days were not worth it at all due to being moved because of no hot water, phone not working to call reception

They have a pick-up car to send us down, but only one shop 7-11 (free). They have very poor facilities and are very old. There is only one restaurant with no other choice. The massage can only be done by two people. For example, many people need to separate several times and the swimming pool is very small. Hotel website photos and the real big difference. (The price does not meet the service)

Most of staff are nice and professional! When I parked my car, they will immediately drove the golf car and sent me to my room! And we met the restaurant manager - Cat! He is a good character and provides the good services to us during the dining time.

Nice hotel. A long way from anything.

Nice quiet place. A long way from the beach, shopping or restaurants. The hotel offers a free shuttle down the hill to the nearby 7 eleven (about 5 minutes drive). Hotels restaurant is expensive. Staff are ok, but not great. Water pressure in the rooms is poor (gave up trying to fill the bath after 20 minutes and only filling out about 100mm deep...)

Excellent place to be away from the city .

The staff and manager are extremely friendly and polite . We enjoyed our stay very much . Fantastic sea view and lots of green . Excellent place to rest . We love the peace and serenity. The only disadvantage is the location a bit too far from the tourist spot. Taking hotel taxi is not a problem but can be costly if your stay is long . Overall, we love the place and will be happy to come back again .

Udsigt der skal opleves

Hotellet ligger oppe i bjergene af en VIRKELIG høj bakke. Vi havde en Honda city og den kunne lige klare turen derop i 1.gear hele vejen. Men når man så kommer op er udsigten og den private infinity pool det hele værd. Kæmpe værelser, og der manglede generalt ikke noget. At bevæge sig rundt på hotellet er på meget stejle bakker, men personale kan kører en såfremt man vil det.

Styr unna!

Dårlig utført arbeid på leilighetene hvor gulvene var flekkete, flisene i dusjen skallet av lakk som tettet sluken i dusjen. Dusjen hadde dårlig trykk og skiftet fra varmt til kaldt hele tiden. Vaskehjelpen kom og ringte på kl. 06.30 om morgenen og ringte på 3 ganger før hun gav seg. De som jobbet i resepsjonen fikk ikke med seg at det skulle bestilles taxi når det ble ringt fra rommet og gitt beskjed om det, så vi måtte sitte oppe i resepsjonen i inntil en halv time for å vente på taxi som vi trodde var bestilt på forhånd. Frokosten var et sørgelig kapittel. Vi betalte 5000,- NOK for frokost for 2 personer i en uke og måtte be om frukt, juice, vann, brød, yoghurt m.m hver dag! De klarte ikke å fylle på ingredienser det ble tomt for. Når vi bestilte kaffi ble den servert ca.20 min senere! Ekstremt dårlig utvalg til frokost.

Nice hotel with beautiful seaveiw

The view is wonderful and amazing. The room is very big and clean which is out of my expectation. But the location of the hotel is far away from the downtown and thus it is not very convenience. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay and enjoy vocation.

很愉快的一次入住，这边所有基本都很满意，就是酒店距离市区太远，而且酒店在山顶上，只有酒店自己的车子才能上下车，但是车子基本都是随叫随到的。酒店还有房间的环境都很赞，全家住在这里，都是新的体验，很喜欢。

rejoice of my soul , the hotel locate on the mountain. hv to pay 1,000 baht for the taxi from the pier. our room are good, with private pool connecting. nothing special around the hotel, neighbour were very quiet. my stay was good for relaxing after celebrate full moon party in koh phangan.

Lovely and relaxing.

Our stay was amazing. For some reason the receptionist was not able to find our reservation but then they managed to offer us another villa style. We booked a Duplex however we received a regular apartment but it was spacious and the receptionist mentioned that it is one of the most spacious ones. The hotel is up on a hill but they offer free shuttles down to the main road. We loved their restaurant's food, the location, the private pool and the services (spa, gym..). Watch out there is alot of insect in the area, so sitting on the terrace at night can be painful.

Great view, great staff but needs some maintenance

Amazing view overseeing the ocean and courteous staff. We originally had some issues with our first room, and the staff were very helpful and moved us to another room within 30 minutes. Briefly met the hotel manager who was very friendly and easy to chat with. Overall the hotel is great and the room was amazing, but there are some areas that have been neglected (a few stains on the floors and walls, dead bugs on the floors where the cleaners have not vacuumed etc.) it's very clear that this hotel could be truly beautiful with a little bit of maintenance and upkeep.
