We stayed for less than 24 hours. The rooms are dirty and smelled like sewerage. The manager moved us to a different room and it still smelled. We couldn’t stand the smell and checked out. The bed was dirty. I felt like there were sand still in the bed. Something dirty was in the bed. It was not clean and uncomfortable. There were no on site parking. It’s street parking. Hotel staff doesn’t provide assistance with your luggages. It looked family friendly in the picture, but the service to help guests is trash. Everything about this hotel is bad. Believe all the bad reviews. I didn’t believed it at first. I regretted it. They will not give you refund and will try their best not to give refund. So, do your research before book this place. Stayed at the sister complex last year and both were a delight. Gone are the days when the picture doesn't match the experience. Great area, loads of little restaurants on the local beach. And a trip to see elephants in the wild is a must. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked, and the bathroom was adequate. The restaurant was handy and what I tried was good. However, it is not a very pretty beach, as there are piers and boats there.
