 The upper floor features three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring utmost privacy and convenience. The master bedroom goes above and beyond, offering a 55-inch smart TV for your entertainment needs.   
  
 On the lower floor, two more bedrooms share a balcony and a spacious bathroom, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a tranquil escape together.   
  
 The heart of this villa lies in its vast open-plan living space, where a fully equipped European kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors. Here, you'll find ample room to entertain or simply unwind, with seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the balconies showcasing panoramic vistas.
