Everything was amazing from the room to the location access to everything. But location is also an issue. While there, I was unable to sleep because nearby there was a loud club with a heavy base that didnt stop playing music until 5:20am. So great place, unable to sleep.

The receptionist was fully aware of our presence but simply didn’t look up or acknowledge us while she messed about with some laundry bags. Inexcusable. The room was very small - going to the toilet was like doing in front of someone in the living room. Very noisy affecting

Comfy and Clean

Socialtel was a great place to stay in Koh Samui. It is super clean, the beds were so comfy and the pool area was comfortable as well. Walking distance to a lot of popular bars and restaurants!

Couldn’t recommend this place more! The rooms are so modern the shower has full pressure which is rare in Thailand big TV with access to Netflix. Rooms are cleaned every day they also have activities every day and a dart board pool table volleyball and beer pong. The bed is easily the comfiest i have stayed in any hotel

Socialtel is doing everything right for the crowd they want. Great staff that tries to create a good environment for the guests. I’d say this is more a hotel than a hostel. Room is nice. pool and bar area is above and beyond any cheap place I’ve ever stayed.

Great location, more for the younger traveler

Great hotel. Ideally located on the main strip. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Not to be ageist but this hotel caters for the younger travellers. Music played all day into the night. But we enjoyed it here. Breakfast buffet let’s it down could be more choice.

Forse uno dei peggiori bagni in stanza, scomodissimo. Lavandino separato ai piedi del letto.
