The downside is the location, no beach located in walking distance and need to rent a motorbike or take a taxi to get to the interesting places. Room does not have a safe to keep your valuables safe or any lockers near the reception. There's not really a reception,just a desk near the entrance and during the 2 weeks never saw anyone actually manning it.there is a security guard at night time which is good and a family mart on the corner and car and moped rental across the main road,also there is a sports bar very near,The swimming pool was nice and used it a few times. Would not stay there again myself as found the bed a bit uncomfortable after a few days but for others it may not be a problem.
