Everything was clean and felt well taken care of. We did find the pillows to be a bit small and lumpy (there were only 2 pillows on a queen size bed) and the shower does make the whole bathroom floor wet - thankfully they staff are happy to refresh your towels daily and they do have a towel warmer if you want to dry them faster yourself. I liked the spacious, comfy coworking space, and didn’t mind getting « essentials « from cupboard to refresh towels, tp, coffee pods etc. But. The whole digital experience was awful. Had a problem with a window that wouldn’t shut at night, and couldn’t sleep with all the noise, it took 12 hours and 1 chatbot, 2 humans to finally come and tell me it broken and just leave it shut.
