"Die Umgebung war ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung enttäuschte. Küche minimal ohne Kochgelegenheit oder Möglichkeit zum Abwaschen. Kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten. Nur eine Mikrowelle. Im kleinen Bad nur ein winziges Waschbecken, was zudem nicht ablief. Einrichtung war ziemlich spartanisch. Ein Pluspunkt hatten die beiden Betten, auseinanderstehend. "Still under construction(=new) Elevators are out of order(going up and down to 3rd floor with luggage is a bit off ). You need to slam the door to lock the door to the room. Very close to FRA terminal 2. Newly developing area so nothing much happening but good if you are arriving late and leaving early from the airport. The staff there was friendly and helpful. So once all the work done it’ll be better I think."

I was aware the booking was non-refundable and simply asked whether any goodwill solution might be possible. Unfortunately, I never received any response from the hotel at all. The lack of communication is disappointing. If I had known this beforehand, I would likely have chosen a hotel with reception service, something to consider before booking."

"Great hotel for overnight stays when transiting thru Frankfurt. The hotel is very close to the airport, although there is no shuttle, an uber cost us 15€ to get to the hotel and 11€ to get to the airport. It is also close to Gateway Garden S Bahn stop, about 10’ walk, which can take you to the airport and into the centre of Frankfurt in about 15’. The rooms are very nice, great beds, good shower. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff were super friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. "
