Had a lovely stay at the Hideaway.
Highlights were how friendly the staff are, they remember your names and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and want to get to know you. The property is just getting back up and running so there are some minor issues related to that but I am sure they will sort it out soon. Great for families with a pool (that just opened), lots of activities, snorkeling in 29' water in front of the resort that is at most chest deep so good for kids.
Issues: They did not answer the phone the 19 times we tried to call to confirm booking leading up to the trip. The water in the rooms is NOT drinkable and some staff say it is and others say it isn't but DO NOT DRINK IT, it made me very sick.
The menu did not change the week we were there but that may have to do with the number of people in the resort.
The Wifi is only in the restaurant, we were told that is it because you are meant to relax without wifi but the truth is they need to replace the boosters that can be seen all over the resort that have rusted.
However, it was a great resort and we would return again.
