It was fine, quite basic but nice enough. Overall not bad hotel for the money. Room fine, with a balcony but ours were blocked with trees, which would be welcoming I expect in height of summer, pleasant bed (two twins together), kitchenette was useful (bring washing up liquid and wash sponge, seems to be common in Greece). The bathroom was small with bath mat and floor soaking due to shower. Nice pool / sun bathing area, with pool bar which does breakfast/lunch/evening meals (music could be a touch quieter but not too bad). Hotel breakfast was quiet well used, we didn't use so presume was OK. Good reasonably priced grocery shop opposite not linked to hotel. Short walk to main road to Kos, (pebbly) beach with 3+ nice beach restaurants and a sports bar. 30+min walk to Kos Town (with ancient ruins on the way) which wasn't bad (in end of September wouldn't want to do it in summer) apart from cyclists who seen to have right if way. Kos Town is worth the walk very historical, or hire a bike or use bus. Taxi 8 euros.

The hotel is located close to the beach in the area Psalidi. Supermarkets, restaurants and the marina are not far away. The staff was friendly. I had a nice room with balcony and side sea view. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and tastes also good. I would come again.

Friendly helpful staff

Our third time at this hotel .As previously it was spotlessly clean. The pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds and a shady garden area . Good quiet location with beachside tavernas a short walk away or another 30 Minute walk into Kos centre.(or Taxi 8 euros) A special mention to the staff who were all friendly and went out of their way to help.

Everywhere is full of ants, there are 1-2 markets nearby, there are cleaning problems, everything is old, it looks like it came out of 1990, stay longer than 1 night is not recommended

Nice hotel in good location

This was our second stay at the hotel - first since Covid. Our room was spacious and clean and overlooked the pool. Loungers were plentiful and there were lots of shady places to put them as well as umbrellas round the pool. Breakfast was much better than we had been led to believe - with fruit, cereals, cooked meats, cheese, yoghurt, bread, honey/jams and cake. There was a nice bar serving reasonably priced drinks and snacks all day with happy hour between 6.00 and 8.00 pm every day. There is a selection of good beach side restaurants within a short walk of the hotel and Kos Town is a 20/30-minute walk (or 8-euro taxi ride) away.

Misleading description: continental breakfast available does NOT mean it’s included. We got the larger room with kitchen. As a result, we found out in the morning that we did not qualify for the continental breakfast. Only the smaller rooms qualified. Disappointing. This was not explained on Expedia when booking.

There are only 70 taxis in Kos, so it took me 2 hours to reach the hotel after my arrival to the port even though I had only 2km to go through. The hotel never had the courtesy to inform their guests of this scarcity of taxis. I could have booked it in advance had I known it and saved time. In a nutshell, I only spent one night there and was very happy to move on.
