Service is amazing, everyone is so kind and helpful. Our room was a little small and I would have preferred an actual sink with a counter and actual storage space for clothes etc since we stayed 3 days (We had a lot of luggage because we were on a 14 day trip.) The hotel is beautiful and I'm not complaining, it was really a great experience and the service was great! I even got a massage while I was there that was really good! No complaints about the hotel, it's just that the room layout just wasn't functional for us as travelers so I wish I had requested another room or I paid better attention to the photos of the rooms when I booked to ensure I got a room that was more spacious.

It was a great experience. The staff were kind and welcoming. The breakfast on the 6th floor was 10/10. My only comment is about the hotel’s signature scent. I don’t think they chose the right fragrance to welcome guests, and you can smell it in the hallways too. It wasn’t very pleasant.
