“The hotel was dated, looks like it could use a refresh. Paint chipping, mold in the shower. No toilet paper in the room. It was overall quiet and beds were comfortable but it definitely wasn't what i was expecting.”

“No contact number of the property. Tried for 2 hours to get check-in instructions, only via the hotels.com platform which was not working properly. Very slow response times by the property owner (agency). No running water on the second day. Oven not working.”
