we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was so beautiful and lovely, we didn’t spent any time at the other parts of the hotel - it all seem very dated but the room was so fresh and beautiful and we loved that!

We loved our stay at Laguna and didn’t want to leave. The hotel is stunning with beautiful landscaping and modern and chic design details. The rooms were incredible, clean, spacious and very high end design details. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s an upscale, small boutique feel with personalized care for their guests. Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

This place looks good online but in reality it’s not that great. If you’re from Europe then it may work for you and your family but if you’re North American this is not the place for you at all. They have spacious rooms but it’s very out dated, chairs are old and no nice comfortable seats. Very poor to no wifi reception at all. The breakfast is sub par and the coffee is horrible. The shower is old and sprays everywhere and the owner who’s on site looks to not provide any value. The only bright spot was Angelica the bartender at the pool. Very friendly and charismatic with a wonderful personality. There’s a lot of other options to choose from don’t get caught by the photo shop!
