“First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower? First of all Ana,receptionist was really nice but they shouldn't have told that someone will be there from 8 am to 8 pm. I sent message that I will be arriving by bus around 4 pm. I arrived at 5 pm. No one was there. I didn't had password to open the main door. Luckily one lady open the door for me. Second as soon as I enter my room no.106, I wanted to take shower……

“The room was good, however the house keeper doesnt hoover the room. She cleans but never hoovers. I was also accused of taking 2 energy drinks from the mini bar. I dobt drink energy drinks and i never even opened the mini bar the whole duration of my stay. Otherthan that, it was an okay stay. ”

“Probably would not come back, even with the price. The room looks nice, and was kept pretty clean. However, the entrance is very grim and gives a very bad first impression. The elevator is slow and finicky. The room's bathroom shower was bad, and seemed like the shower head was clogged. I had to keep the bathroom fan constantly on because if I didn't, a faint sewage smell permeated the room. Internet was slow, and the electricity cut out twice during my 2-night stay. Staff was friendly for……
