There is also a lot to do, everything from outdoor activities to visiting different towns nearby. There even is a little zoo, not so far away. The owners are very helpful and friendly. "Very relaxing place. The finishes were somewhat dated, but that added to the overall charm of the cottage. The separate single unit was very popular with the kids, and the lake view makes you want to stay forever! It was a short walk to the dock for a quick swim, and we enjoyed the activity center just up the road where you can kayak, hike, and zip line. "

"We picked this property randomly as a stopover on a long road trip and were only looking for a clean bed. Instead we got a lovely setting, kind and hospitable hosts, and an excellent dinner. We highly recommend if you enjoy family run inns with charm and hospitality. We weren’t traveling with children, but this would be a great place to stay with a family. "

The only concern was on our first night stay when the fire alarm went off at 10:30pm and there was no one there to direct the guests on what to do or where to go.
