"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "In den ersten zwei Tagen war die Wohnung anderweitig vergeben, obwohl wir eine Buchungsbestätigung hatten. Deshalb wurden wir in einer Ausweichwohnung in einem umgebauten Schuppen auf dem Hof untergebracht. Der Eindruck dort war ungepflegt. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen.
