No staff on site except a cleaning lady who didn’t clean our room or provide clean towels. The property on the outside looks nice and the location is great, however the room was run down and beds were uncomfortable.

The rooms air conditioner wasn’t working properly. You couldn’t adjust the temperature at all. The tv wasn’t working. And some of the staff was straight up rude. My room was across from what I think is a laundry room and I heard slamming of the door as well as slamming of the doors of the machines all night. There was also a mildew smell throughout that they seemed to try to cover up. The beach access was nice, the pool was nice. The girl who checked me in was very kind. My stay was ok m, but I don’t think it was worth the price in my personal opinion.
