8.4/10 Very Good! (1,003 reviews)
From the moment I arrived, I was well looked after. Check in staff were attentive and informative and check in was straightforward.
I arrived late so headed for the restaurant, where the staff again were excellent. Good food and good cocktails (the Negroni is great).
Room-wise, maybe a little warm - the temp would only go down to 18c but that's the only complaint. The room was spacious, clean and tidy with all amenities. Shower was great - plenty of hot water and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet too - I heard no noise from the rooms around me.
The hotel is in a great location - it is 15 minutes by train from Schipol Airport, and a 5 minute walk. Its a major station so easy to get into the City from.
All in all, I recommend this place.

"Location good, that is it though. The ipad to control the room (more like dog kennel than a room) did not work, no coffee or tea or bottled water in the room, no free coffee station to compensate for the lack of room options, the room was tiny. Definitely not worth the cost per night there are plenty ..."

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel if you plan to do all the top tourist attractions in Amsterdam. There is no shortage of places to eat and close to the best shopping. My 2 teen kids stayed in the triple room and it was perfect. A little compact but we made it work for our 3 nights stay. ..."
