However, there is no reception on land to take people to accommodation at sea. 我留言請此飯店來機場接我，然而此飯店僅傳訊息詢問人數與留宿幾晚，從此不再回覆任何訊息。 我在機場空等無人接送，即自行設法前往Semporna的碼頭，然而此飯店亦無在安排碼頭接送，無人帶你去海上住宿處。 在碼頭空等數小時，期間幾次傳送訊息告知飯店我人在碼頭，然而此飯店依然置之不理，完全任何回應。 後來請當地人撥打電話給此飯店，其方表示碼頭接人需另支付100令吉，實在非常的惡劣。 其餘海上飯店有接送，顧客無法自行到達；即便接送需另外付費，亦應當於訂房資訊揭露。此飯店既不揭露接客需另支付100令吉的資訊，又不處理客戶無法入住的困難，是否刻意所為，迫使客人接受變相加價？ Other sea hotels have pick-up and drop-off, customers cannot arrive by themselves; even if the pick-up and drop-off requires additional payment, it should be disclosed in the reservation information. This hotel does not disclose the information that the customer needs to pay another RM100, nor does it deal with the difficulty of customers unable to check in. Does it deliberately force the guests to accept a disguised price increase?
