“The hotel floors were very clean ! They had a strict no smoking policy which we liked because of children and it’s hard to find clean air when smoking is common. But the staff were smoking inside everywhere so there was smoke and a strong smell. The bed was very very uncomfortable and most of all there was no buffet. We added on the half board and paid extra for it for buffet breakfast and dinner but there wasn’t a buffet at anytime. We were given an al la carte menu and still got a bill for……

“This new apartment is exceptional. Situated in an ideal location - in walking distance to the city centre and bus station. Furnished with high end fittings, with every amenity you need for a city break. Our only minor complaint was that the bed is too soft for our preferences!
There are plenty of shops and cafes within a five minute walk.
The view from the 18th floor balcony was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.”

pick my own room. The room was basic, but very clean and came with complimentary water, bottle of wine and walnuts from the garden. Which is a nice touch. Breakfast was fresh, it had everything and was served at the table by the most lovely hotel hostess. Strong recommend!”
