Pros: lovely modern hotel with a nice view. The lady that served fried eggs in the morning was very pleasant as was female security at the gate to the property. Housekeeping was good. Cons: food was bland and repetitive, no towels or personnel at towel shack, many staff scrolling on their cell phones. Lifeguard did not notice a child drowning and a hotel guest jumped in clothed to save her. He got her to safety and the lifeguard never even looked up from his phone. Waterpark only has limited slides operating, female pool bathroom had 3 stalls. 3 were locked the whole time and the only one that was unlocked did not have a working lock. 1 female reception staff member had a very bad attitude. This resort has the potential to be amazing, but management is missing the ball. We've been to many all inclusives in Mexico and the carribean and this one can not compare to their level of professionalism and service.

The room was not as advertised In the hotel.com room explanation it stated a 104inch tv ...the one in room was 42inch Also the first room I was allocated was a pool and partial sea view and not the sea view luxury room I was told they would change the room the next day After making complaints they found me a room with a great sea view but the standard of the room was very disappointing This is a hotel I definitely will not be staying at again The property is poorly constructed and was dirty and tacky The position of the property on the ocean was fantastic This is one of the only times that what was advertised on hotel.com ( Expedia) and what I was put in were not the same ..the hotel claimed that Expedia were at fault ..I don’t believe that ... The buffet was ok The restaurant offer of al a Carte when I requested before 10am in the morning I was told was fully booked this after they told me I could book the morning of the day I wanted to eat there

Yemekler dışında her şey çok güzeldi. Odalar ferah çok güzel. Banyo biraz dar. Duş kapısı tuvalet tarafından açılmalı, diğer türlü banyo kapısının arkasında kaldığı için zorlanılıyor. Otelde çok sayıda çalışan var, hizmette hiç sıkıntı yok. Animasyonlar özellikle havuzda ve denizde güçlendirilebilir. Aqua park saatleri sıkıntılı biraz. Öğle arası kaldırılabilir.

Das Essen war nicht nur für uns als 8 Personen mit mehreren Zimmern sehr schlecht eher eine Katastrophe, mussten einige aus der Apotheke verarzten, auch nach vielen Beschwerden hat das nicht geholfen. Wir haben den ganzen Aufenthalt außerhalb gegessen. Für solche Fälle sollte das Hotel eine Rückerstattung machen oder Halbpension anbieten. Das sind ca pro Tag nochmal ca 150€ bei einem normalen Essen Mittag und Abend für acht Personen was wir zusätzlich ausgegeben haben. Die Organisation für Spiele am Pool war nicht gerade lustig da der Wassersport im Gemeinschaft Pool gemacht wurde und die Bälle laufend auf den Essen der Urlauber gelandet ist und das jeden Tag. Ansonsten ist es ein schön gelegenes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter bis auf eine Dame sehr unprofezionel an der Rezeption haben sich viel Mühe gegeben. Die Hotel Managerin hat sich professionell verhalten und hatt soweit es ging die Beschwerden von den Kunden versucht zu lösen.

Das Essen war nicht nur für uns eine Katastrophe auch für andere Gäste. Mussten unsere Kinder aus der Apotheke verarzten lassen. Leider hat sich keiner darum gekümmert. Wir haben den ganzen Aufenthalt mit 8 Personen außerhalb gegessen leider. Außer einer Dame an der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich. Für solche Fälle sollte das Hotel Rückerstattung machen oder Halbpension anbieten. Jeder Cent für das Essen ist weggeschmissenes Geld. Wir haben ca 100-150 € täglich Geld für außen essen ausgegeben für 8 Personen. Total enttäuschend.

Tolles Familienresort

Tolles All-inclusive Resort. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Essen ist qualitativ gut und die Auswahl gross. In der Nebensaison war es nicht so überlaufen und es war sehr angenehm. Einige Gäste sind sehr rücksichtslos und laut, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Sehr liebe und freundliche Zimmerreinigungsdamen. Die Kellner sind freundlich aber nicht sehr aufmerksam. Für unbeschwerte Familienferien sehr zu empfehlen.

The finish is very poor in some places, broken tiles all over areas in the hotel.one of the rooms we had had no working lock on the door and the wall tiling still had spacers in. One room the loo was poorly fitted and the tiling was cracked. Beautiful location, but sadly needs a snagging list

Visited with the family early September. Location is perfect with breathtaking views. Staff is great, many thanks to guest relation girl - Anel. She organized wonderful birthday party for us. All inclusive drinks range is various. The only downside is that people are smoking everywhere, hotel management would need to establish more non-smoking areas. Huge bonus is aqua park, which you can visit free of charge. Sea is crystal clean.

Aquapark eğlenceli ancak çocuk Aquapark ini ilk 2 gün kullanamadik kapalıydı bir de Aquapark a belli saatler getirmişler o durum da hosumuza gitmedi, Aquapark a dışarıdan giren pek yok durum böyle olunca Aquaparkda yiyecek iceceklerin otel müşterisine de ücretli olmasına anlam veremedik, ama çok da dert etmedik.. eşim temizlikten dert yandı ancak ben erkek bakış açısı ile temizlik sorunu olduğunu soyliyemiyecegim, odalar günlük temizleniyor, ancak personel ortak alanlarda boşları toparlama konusunda yetersiz kalıyor, o da bence personel eksikliğinden kaynaklanıyor. Tek havuz olması ve havuzun yeteri kadar büyük olmamasi negatif, ancak deniz güzel iskele güzel. animasyonu yeterli bulmadigimi söylemeliyim ancak tek havuz olduğu ve basketbol veya voleybol sahası olmadığı için animasyon ekibinin yapacak pek birşeyi yok.. miniclub i beğendik çocuğunuzu bırakabilirsiniz ilgi alaka guzeldi onlara da teşekkür ederim.. Öncelikle otel genel anlamda çok yetersiz. Restoranlar, yemekler yetersiz. Yarım saat kuyruk beklemek zorundasınız, kahvaltıda bir çay almak için bile. Aynı şekilde yemek alırken de, pastane saatinde de bir dondurma için 15 dakika bekliyorsunuz. Onun dışında temizlik ve konfor iyiydi. Fakat bu paraya kesinlikle çok daha iyi hizmet alabilmeyi beklerdik.

Family trip, high season vacation during July

We visited for 11 nights during July. It was super busy with a lot of people, mainly Turkish. Is very messy during meal times because noone is respecting the order. Only local alchoholic beverages, no imported ones. I didn't get what ultra all inclusive means. The hotel areas are not cso clean in general, i guess because it was overpopulated and not enough personnel working. Overall we can visit again but definitely not during the high season, it was very chaotic in my opinion!
