"Room was small but clean. Location is super convenient, very near amenities, shopping, bus and train. Sound proofing is good as we could not hear the buses or trains despite being next door. "

"The breakfast included was fresh and filling with local foods included. They still took time to best explain everything even with the language barrier. The staff was helpful and from the private onsen to the room, everything was very clean. Very close to the town center without the possible noise and foot traffic if it was any closer. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family."

"This is an excellent place to stay in Nagano. It’s a short walk from Nagano Station and a short train or bus ride away to most places you’ll want to see. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities and onsen onsite. Highly recommend!"
