"This is such a nice hotel that I feel compelled to leave a good review. We travel a lot and we’re picky about hotels. Compared with the hotels in other countries, I think those in Japan are generally better managed and more practically designed for guest comfort. This hotel is exceptional even by Japanese standards.
The one-bedroom condo that we stayed in was spacious and extremely comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a washer/dryer. The room was so well maintained that I felt like I was staying in a brand-new hotel. My husband and I usually did not sleep well when traveling, but we slept like a baby when staying at Ki Niseko. We also booked a rafting experience through the hotel. The staff were responsive and handled everything seamlessly.
We stayed 2 nights in late June, which was the off-season in Niseko, so the rooms were very reasonably priced. I couldn’t believe we got such a nice condo with free breakfast for the price we paid. I was a bit worried that we would feel bored in Niseko as there’s not much to do in summer. However, we didn’t want to leave after 2 nights in Ki Niseko."
"Just stayed at Raku Suisan, and it was pure bliss! This intimate retreat delivered the ultimate relaxation we were craving. From the moment we arrived, the serene atmosphere and stunning views of Mt. Yotei right from our room's private onsen and balcony were breathtaking. The free-flowing natural hot spring in every room helped us truly unwind and disconnect from everything. The dinner highlights were the French cuisine and teppanyaki—both beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly paced. If you're seeking peace, incredible mountain scenery, and top-notch hospitality in a quiet, luxurious setting, Raku Suisan is highly recommended."
