“Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, der gesamte Zustand ist jedoch sauber und funktionell. Da die Auslastung im Winter nicht sehr groß war, konnten die Sauna, das Schwimmbecken und das Jacuzzi wunderbar in Ruhe genutzt werden. Das gesamte Personal war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. ”

“Wir haben in einem Neubau gewohnt. Die Zimmer waren toll. Das Personal in der Kinderbetreuung, Rezeption und im Restaurant waren super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Da fühlt man sich wohl! Kleines Manko: die jungen Männer, die die Reinigungsarbeiten übernommen hatten, haben nicht immer ganz sauber gearbeitet. Auf freundliche Nachfrage wurden aber auch hier sofort und sehr nett Lösungen gefunden! Wir kommen gern wieder! Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche auf Usedom.”

“Äußerst freundlicher Empfang in einem kernsanierten, modernen Hotel. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, bieten Stauraum sind und gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute und frische Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Lediglich die Honigwabe ist eher unpraktisch und zeitaufwendig. Zum Geburtstag gab es einen besonders gedeckten Tisch mit Pralinen. ”
