The restaurant staff were courteous and the room was clean. A bit old fashioned laid back. The restaurant could have had the foods labelled. The drink was aweful. They did not go above or beyond and upon check in plug seems the woman at the desk thought Iqbal just another local so was slow to respond to me. Otherwise it’s a fine hotel. No major issues.

Staff were not friendly.

We had a great stay 10/10. The property is positioned greatly. The room was nice and each balcony had gas grill for braai. They have all you need on site but there are restaurants close in walking distance and a checkers less than 5 minutes away. The staff is great. I’d like to specifically thank Sandra for finding an additional night for us when it became available. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the fire works were amazing. They put on quite a show for the guest. All of our food and drinks were good. We were ready to extend our trip a few more days how nice everything was but they were book solid. We are really appreciative for the extra night that we were able to book even though nothing was left online. The ocean views, the pool and the beach were all great. It was my first time visiting Balitto while visiting South Africa from the US and I’ll definitely be coming back on my future trips to this beautiful country. Thank you La Montagne staff keep being great.
