The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well-kept. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff in the breakfast/snack area were especially friendly and attentive. The front desk team was also welcoming and helpful. The only issue we experienced was with a request for extra items. I called a day before our arrival to ask for additional towels, a pillow, and a blanket, and I followed up on this request each day during our stay. Unfortunately, we never received the extra pillow or blanket. It seems like there may have been a miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping not sure how hard it would be to bring a pillow and a blanket or if there is a rule only one per room not sure. While this wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit frustrating to repeatedly ask and not have it resolved. Would I stay here again? I’m honestly unsure there is many other hotels that offer similar stuff and prices that to me is more about the overall experience.
