They stayed in contact throughout the trip, checking to be sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. The villa was immaculate with so much style. "We had a lovely week at Villa Palma, the views are incredible and the pool is perfect. Plenty of different seating areas outside and a great internal space with good sized rooms. Well equipped kitchen. The town and beach resort of Gandia is 15-20 minutes drive, and the route is fairly windy on small rural roads as the villa is very secluded. "We had a memorable stay at this historical castle that has been sympathetically renovated. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was very stylishly rustic. There is a nice good sized swimming pool with plenty of good quality sun loungers. The surrounding land is pretty and peaceful. There aren't many staff but the hotel operates an honesty type service for drinks (you take drinks from the bar and put your room number to be charged on checkout. The prices are reasonable). The breakfast is included and the selection is tasty with some daily variation. Dinner in the restaurant is recommended. The menu is changable every day and is a nice surprise from the owner who is an excellent chef. The presentation and taste are outstanding All in all, we enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back again in the future."

"Lovely house, spacious and comfortable. Some equipment, like coffee machine, pool, shower heads may need a bit of maintenance .. we sorted a couple of these. But owners very helpful when we broke a mirror. Table tennis was a wonderful addition.. but all bats were broken.. we bought balls to help out. View from house are incredible and garden is nicely maintained. "

"OK, this hotel was built in the 40s and renovated in 2010. It is cute and modern. The dining room was not open as it was a national holiday, still they should provide services regardless. There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30. The tub is not in the bathroom and showering is awkward as no shower, you have a hand held shower in the tub and no curtain to h Keep the water in. The Overall the stay was OK, I would say it's a 4 star hotel. "
