"The only redeeming quality this hotel had during our stay was the wonderful meal at night and the great breakfast in the morning. Our room had no AC and the temp was 30 degrees. Misleading information indicating that the room we booked had AC when it did not based on the time of the year. Since when does the hotel decide the clients temperature. Provided 2 fans, barely strong enough. Check in office staff were the rudest and most condescending I have encountered in some time. (one young lady in particular) The manager that evening redeemed the service from the front desk. Overall experience very negative after a long day of travel. Beyond my comprehension and false advertising. Put a sour note on our entire time in France after 16 days of great experiences to have ended it with such bad service. Then the room, 3 adults, only 2 full sized towels. The twin bed looked like an afterthought in the room jammed up against the wall. No words; do better The Jangle Hotel."

"Your hotel is great. CDG airport is too spread out, too large and terrible for seniors with disabilities. Few people movers and long walks from gates. I’ll never use it again."

"This was my third time staying at this hotel and most likely the last. The room I got smelled really bad, I tried to call the front desk but was connected to an AI operator. After taking my luggage and heading down to the receptionist, I was given a new room. It had the same horrible smell. I spent the night there but cancelled my future reservation. Maybe not all rooms have this problem, but I’m not willing to risk it. The check in process was smooth and the receptionists were quick and competent."

"This was our first time at this hotel and our stay was excellent. The hotel is fabulous and the Decor is beautiful. The hotel is immaculate throughout and our spacious room was spotless. The hotel is very well staffed and each member was polite and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and full of delicious choices. The breakfast room was spotless and spacious. As a wheelchair user I found the hotel to be very accessible and the staff very helpful. Likewise my room was very accessible. I couldn't fault this beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it."
