Hotel is in a good location, close to metro station and coffee shops. Rooms are small and some do not have refrigerator or safe deposit box. Room coffee service is not replenished on a daily basis, at least that happened to me. Staff is responsive to take care of small room issues.

The reception area is rough, tired although clean it’s old. I saw one woman in particular who was the breakfast room host constantly cleaning, vacuuming wiping windows on the main floor. The room was also clean though very small and sparsely furnished. It was enough, no luxury. Breakfast is basic, fresh fruit boiled eggs, breads, yougurt, some cereals and cold meats and cheese. Neighborhood good for restaurants, quick walk to Haussmann blvd, lots of shops, bars and patisseries.

It’s in an area where it can be noisy, and the rooms are tiny but it’s a decent hotel. The one thing we didn’t like was the constant sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We had to leave the door closed all the time or it stunk up the room

Nice and decent hotel to reside in for a good time. There are plenty of restaurants to dine in that are short walking distances. And it’s about 20-25 minutes away from some of the most famous touristic attractions.
