The rooms really have all you need tucked into them, including tea and coffee facilities and a decent shower. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and there is an optional well-stocked breakfast buffet available for €12 a day. Two minor niggles - the first was the TV in my room which had a life of its own (the control had no effect!), and the second is the noise... the area is very busy and popular especially at weekends, so I would advise earplugs as the windows don't keep much of the noise out. I missed the window for my room being cleaned and when I asked ( not knowing ) she laughed at me and said no so I asked for towels which she said yes to but the never brought them. I then had to ask the man on the late shift when I arrived back. And with the cleanliness there was hair all over my shower and in the bathroom so it was not thoroughly cleaned. He was stuck outside in the hallway for over an hour trying to get back in our room.
