Very helpful and friendly staff. Booked spa for the two of us and were excellent in their responses via email and phone. It was perfectly located a few blocks from the Chateau Frontenac, Au 1844, and all the quaint shops and cafes. Great MCM decor and impressive renovation of a historic estate. The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other areas to stay.

I had requested the breakfast and when Linda came home later last evening, she took great care to write down absolutely everything and we agreed for it ...
